Cedar Grange is a stunning Edwardian property set within around 1.5 acres of mature gardens in Old Cleeve, a short distance from Watchet, with sweeping views across Exmoor National Park and the coastline at Blue Anchor.

The property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms: a super-king with panoramic Exmoor views, a king-size with sea views, a further king-size with Exmoor views, a twin (which can link to form a super-king on request) and a bunk room. Each bedroom is on the first floor with its own TV and en-suite bathroom or shower room.

There is no lift, though handrails are fitted on both sides of the staircase.

The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen with a Rangemaster, dishwasher and washing machine, a dining room seating all 10 guests and two separate reception rooms - an elegant sitting room and a TV lounge with Smart TV. Central heating, electricity and wifi are all included.

Outside, lawned gardens back onto an orchard and fields where alpacas graze, with a dedicated enclosed dog area and ample private parking. Gardens are shared with the owners and two further holiday cottages on site.

Please note: up to three dogs welcome (£25 each). Not suitable for guests with restricted mobility - all bedrooms are upstairs. Strictly no smoking.
