The Backyard Theatre is an 89 seat performing arts venue in the heart of Watchet, located behind the Radio Museum in Anchor Street.

Renovated just over a year ago, the theatre is a converted double skittle alley, which offers a venue for touring theatre companies as well as the chance to provide a theatre space for local performers.
