Susan and Roger Vincent have provided Bed and Breakfast at Wyndham House for the past ten years. This Grade II listed Georgian home was built in the 18th century for the Wyndham family for their agent in Watchet and is set in extensive and interesting gardens with sea views and the steam railway along one border. Overlooking the marina, Watchet’s shops, pubs, cafés, museums and the steam railway station are a few minutes walk.
On arrival you are welcomed with tea and homemade cake, served in the garden if the weather permits
Full English or Continental Breakfast is served in the Dining room, which is furnished with antiques and overlooks the garden, leading down to the revolving summer house.

Produce is sourced from local shops and, whenever possible, from local producers, including free range eggs, the butcher’s own recipe sausages and teas blended on Exmoor. Susan has been involved in the Hotel and Catering Industry all her working life and enjoys cooking and makings the Preserves, which include our own garden fruit.

Both bedrooms have television, easy chairs and hospitality trays (with home-made biscuits).

There is ample parking.

We are happy to have children and dogs, by prior arrangement.
